Caitlin began training in 2021 at Spirit Newlands aged 8 alongside her older sister and (later) her mother. She received her 1st Dan in December 2025.
Caitlin began assisting with the instruction of our junior class in January 2026 and is excited to help build the skills of our younger club members.
