Joining
Welcome! Here is everything you need to join the club, pay your fees and get your uniform sorted.
1. Register on Just Go
Just Go is our member registration system. It is new and has a few “interesting” quirks, but this guide on how to register in Just Go should see you right. If you are registering as a family group, there are some extra instructions in the guide.
2. Joining fee
The joining fee is $100 for one person, or $160 for a family of two joining at the same time.
This sheet has the bank account details and instructions for setting up the payment so we can tell it is from you. Use the reference NEW Surname First Initials. (Here “NEW” means “Newlands”, not new member 🙂)
3. Monthly fees
Monthly fees are $45 for one, or $80 for two. The same sheet shows how we like these set up.
Your first monthly fee is due on the 25th of the month after you join. Fees continue 12 months of the year. We take a break over Christmas, but paying all year saves time for everyone and, most importantly, it covers your annual renewal with the national organisation.
4. Uniforms
You are looking for an ITFNZ or ITKD uniform: plain white, no black trim. It will have the ITKD green and blue fist on one side, the ITF logo on the other side, and the ITF tree on the back.
We recommend two places. Both have online ordering and deliver quickly:
- Wellington: Fuji Mae – great if you want to visit the store. Fuji Mae sells all sorts of uniforms, so be specific when you order.
- Auckland: Mighty Fist – sells only ITF uniforms.
